Event Results – Parkwood 2017

17-Mar-2017

Despite a couple days of rain, the weather was perfect for our visit to Parkwood. We just seem to have a knack for getting the breaks in the weather when it's time to hit the fairway. Hats off to the greenkeepers and staff at Parkwood for having the course is such great condition for our visit, despite the heat and then wet weather in the lead up to yesterday.

It was great to see our newest members, including Sean Fradely who was formerly involved with Sydney Business Golf Group, mixing with our other members throughout the afternoon. The culture we have developed within this group of business representatives is something we are extremely proud of.

It was great to welcome back David Mellsop as Foretune's resident professional. David was out on course and spent time playing a couple of holes with every group. He offered players swing tips and also some ideas around course management. His involvement was well received with many commenting how beneficial it was to have him on the course with them. Keep an eye out for upcoming videos and special offers from David as we mover forward.

Congratulations to Michael Yacoub (Advantex International) and Jason Norris (Insurgo) who stood on the top step of the podium. They were just in front of Tom Williams (Geoff Williams & Associates) and Joel Mulvenney (Ketch Industries). We also hope that Nathan Scott enjoys his evening at CBus when the Titans play the Eels. Special thank you to Tony McDonald and the Titans for providing us with the 4 tickets to give to a lucky member.

Our next event at Arundel Hills Country Club on Thursday, 11 May will be a very special event. Those with us at Parkwood were introduced to the new Foretune team and given a great insight into the direction we are heading. The response was overwhelmingly positive and we cannot wait to officially share it at Arundel Hills.
