What an awesome end to 2016. Yet again the Royal Pines Resort course and staff put on a show for our post-PGA Championship visit. Thank you to Carmen and all the staff for making it so easy to be there and enjoy the afternoon. We will all be back in 2017 for our 4th year ending visit.

Despite a bit of cloud that hung around for the afternoon, the weather was perfect for our Members and Guests to spend an afternoon on the fairway. Although this keen golfer was unable to play, it was great to spend time with each of the playing groups out on the course. There really is something exciting when you hear the conversation on and off the course and such a positive atmosphere amongst the group.

Congratulations to our podium Joel Mulvenney (Ketch Industries) and Nathan Scott (Your Local Termite & Pest Control) narrowly beating Tom Williams (Geoff Williams & Associates) and Nick Selbie (CBRE) for top spot.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support of Foretune throughout 2016. The combination of our longer standing members and those who have joined us more recently has really seen the network continue moving forward.

Those with us at Royal Pines heard that there are changes a foot for 2017. The New Year will see some of our biggest changes since we kicked off Foretune and that will only bring positive opportunities for our Members and their businesses. Watch you inbox in the New Year for more information.

We are currently finalising the last couple of events for 2017. However, you can mark down Thursday, 16 February in your diary for our opening event at Palmer Gold Coast. It is always a lot of fun to kick off the season here and we look forward to welcoming everyone back.
